    It' been quite some time since my last post. Here is an image taken at Stick Marsh in February. I went over a few weekends back to back and was leaving my house @ 4:30 AM to get to the other coast for sunrise.
    1DX & 600f4. 1/2000 f 4.5 ISO 1600 HH, ~30% crop

    Nice flight pose on the bird. Love the light and the branch plus the two toned background.

    I would maybe tighten this us a bit, but the sharpness on the bird and stick is really well done...

    Very nice indeed. Lovely colours throughout, and the nesting material takes it up a notch.

    Lovely light, great wing position, and wonderful stick. Did you consider a pano crop, taking some off the bottom?

    I think this is a beautiful frame. Love, love the light and that stick is great.
    I like your comp very much but it would also look great as a pano.
