    Default Great Egret

I captured this image at alligator breeding pond rookery in Gatorland, Orlando, Florida. The egret was sitting on eggs in a nest surrounded by branches and leaves in heavy shade. I shot the image through a small opening in the bushes. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Post processed in Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC 2017, removed a blue cast on the white feathers caused by the light in the shadows, noise reduction to the shadow areas, eye, lore, and bill in Lightroom using the Adjustment Brush
Pretty much full frame, cropped slightly for composition and presentation

Nice portrait of this Egret like the composition. The bird looks a little underexposed to me.

Love the comp here Joe. Just wondering if you could lighten it a wee bit, without over exposing the whites. Nice colours around the bill and eye areas. I like the flow of feather on the LHS.

LOVe the artistic feel to this one. However, the whites are looking a little greyish.
