I got as low as I could here but couldnt get the sky included and tried a different crop than usual. Nothing special here as they do not find much food, mostly wade along! Canon 40D. 100-400L at 400mm. ISO 500, Dalight WB, EV-.33, 1/6400, f/6.3.
Hi Fabs, thanks. This was taken right at the end of land on Emerson Point Fl, right where the gulf begins as soon as the Manatee River runs out. The dark areas in front is where the water runs over the shoreline and the strip is seaweed and that will come out shortly. bf
Look at that shutter speed! You could lower the ISO and stop down your aperture in this case. This lens' sweet spot is at about f/8, and the lower ISO would give a optimal results especially looking at it full size.
