Light a bit harsh but I love the bill laying flat against the water and the closed eye adds to the behavior here.
The grasses at the top of the frame look really nice and I like the pop of color they give.
Nice water splash. If mine, I would clone out the very bright double droplet above the bird's tallest feather.

He is really getting into it! Agree with the points made by Gail about the bill, closed eyes. I like the background for depth.
