Captured this image of the BHCO a few days ago at a local wildlife preserve with it's foster mother, a Common Yellowthroat. The BHCO has an interesting way of raising its young.....IT DOESN'T ! The females sometimes lay more than 36 eggs a summer in the nests of other birds to be raised by them. C&C welcome.
