    Hi All,

This image was taken at Provo Bay, UT.

I have not been successful in getting close to Spotted Sandpipers. This time I decided to try something different - Flight Blur.

    Krishna:

I applaud trying new things. Blurs can be quite effective. In this case, for my personal taste, the subject is too small in the frame to have significant impact, and the green band at top has more visual weight than the subject.

Hopefully Artie Morris will check in, as he has vast experience crafting artistic blurs.

    Don't stop experimenting!

    Cheers

I'm good with many small in the frame images and I love blurs. However, in this case, I would have liked to see the wings blurred and the head sharp and maybe a tad larger in the frame as well. My hat is off to you for trying...and don't stop experimenting.
