I love the light and the beautiful colors in the BG.
Great line created by the neck and the comp is perfect for my taste.
Great POV and I like the mud perch.
If I was to be picky and this was my image I would clone out the bit of tail of the other flamingo that is touching the legs. I would also clone out spot between legs of flamingo and spots in the water and spot between leg and neck..
It is one heck of a nice frame as presented though,

Love the dreamy look and feel of this image. Moving a foot or two to your left might have eliminated the merge with the other bird's tail.
