    This doe is just beginning to become side lit by the morning sun the trees in the background are in sunlight. Image adjustments in Lightroom. Hand held, full frame.

    I much prefer the colours now, nicely focused and detailed.
    The image would look better if it was 1000px tall, it appears a little small at 750px.

    John I find the colours a bit blended (all in the same spectrum), but the main issue for me is that the head looks soft, not sharp, highlighted by the SS and illustrated in the eyes, they are soft even at this size.

    Hi John - Nice eye contact and the portrait comp works though I would probably crop from the bottom to eliminate the bit of legs. Saturation looks better but agree that the colors still look a little off. I also agree with Steve regarding sharpness and ss.

    I think i do agree with the others regarding color and detail/sharpness.
