    Very nice detail and DOF! I also like the pose, low shooting angle, soft light, and clean background. Very nicely done!

    A really fine shot Jo I feel you have optimised the angle, DOF is excellent, lovely palette. Fine details - well done.
    Did you remove specular highlights ?

    Hi Jon, yes I removed specular highlights. The one that always seems to be on one or both eyes and several specular highlights on the left wing as viewed. Thank you for viewing and commenting.

    Jo the only reason I asked is because I would have expected to see one or two! Nothing wrong with eliminating - just me expecting.
