    I saw this bird flying around my yard and patio. I really don't know what it is, but I know someone here will know. HELP.

    Looks like a Budgerigar (Budgie). Maybe a pet that flew the coop...

    That's an inbred /line bred Budgerigar escapee I Reckon as Daniel has said .
