Lovely image, Ann. Perfectly head on, perfect exposure of the blacks and whites. Nice sloping rock perch. Was this from Iceland? Thank you for sharing.

The IQ of this image is superb. Add to this the fact that you have a perfect head-on stare and a great perch and you get an A+ from me!
    Very well done Ann,

I love the down-the barrel pose and rounded body. We can clearly see how thin the bill really is! Looks like you may have had to clone a few things on the perch next to the puffin and above your signature.

Nice one Ann. I like the head on angle and the moss covered rock. I do find the image a little on the dark side. Also you need to clean up the cloning above your signature and to the right (our right) of the bird.

Thanks for all your comments; just back from Iceland trip and on desktop. I agree, cloning as mentioned needs TLC!

Beautiful frame Ann!! Love the pose, the rock and the perfectly centered head. The details and exposure look spot on and the grey/blue BG looks great. Hope you had a great trip and looking forward to more images.
