Hi Sanjeev, like the behavioural aspect and slight 'bonding' capture here.

Good call on the techs, with the youngster moving you need to freeze things. The light is sweet, but has created some dark shadows in the face and open jaw. personally I feel you could loose a sliver off the top and balance the soil more in terms of colour, but that's me and you were there. I would have liked just a fraction lower, I think you may have been a tad close here, swopping body & lens may have delivered that and retained the crop.

The soot is ok. Right the words of Steve about shadows..but the composition is perfect.

Hi Sanjeev - A nice moment well captured. I like the placement in the frame and agree with Steve about shadows, colors and shaving a bit off the top.

I would add a little to LHS, lift shadows a little and have a look at the magenta/red/purple cast in the soil. I like the limited DOF and the image appears to be well focused.

Another tender moment well captured. The lighting has enhanced it beautifully though I agree with Jon about the magenta cast in the soil.

    Hello Sanjeev,
Wonderful interaction between mother and cub, super timing and techs are great

In terms of comp and sharpness I am happy with this as presented. The earth in the FG a tad too red for me (I found no magenta). I am not saying you should change it, just an observation. This is often my dilemma when it comes to certain images captured in and around my hometown as we have very rich, fertile, red soils:)

Lovely image and I like the behavioural expect you have captured - I really enjoyed viewing Sanjeev, thank you so much for sharing!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
