The viewfinder is my guidance.
I love the fanned tail and the eye of the bird. The sky is a bit blue for me, almost hurts to look at it. I might desaturate it a bit.
Good advice on the blue by Carole. I would crop a bit from the bottom as the bird is a bit small in the frame. EXP and sharpness good and I like that the subject is angled a bit.

Bill I like the pose here. I like Artie's suggestion of a bottom crop perhaps more into a 2x3 type format.
You're taking chances doing bird flight photography with ISO 100 even with bright conditions! This one looks plenty sharp though, so you do get some that turn out. Bet your sharpness and keeper rate would rise alot with ISO 400 which in the same conditions would give you 1/1600s. Agree with crop and blue desat.
