It is a very nice image. Well composed with good light and exposure. The bg works well. It looks focused but 1/200 is very slow for a hh bif. I think you would find you get more tack sharp images using a higher ss. Also I had the 150-60C and found I got higher IQ at f6.3 than f5.6. You might experiment and see if you notice the difference.

Lovely light on the skimmer, good flight angle, and the breaking wave adds to it. I wonder if there is more detail to be had in the blacks; or maybe that is the result of the low SS.
