This is the same lion from my earlier post in a more 'conventional' view. Head on, in-coming as we watch in awe. He was lean, hungry, trailing a wildebeest.

Hi Sanjeev, it might be, as you put I - more 'conventional', but it is better.

Techs for me are fine, especially as he's on the move and to drop the SS say to 1/1600 you will not gain much on the ISO. You don't say if this is FF or a crop, but as presented I do find it a bit tight top & bottom, so if it's a crop then a tad smaller in fame might help? I do however like it being offset with some negative space to the LHS. Overall it's a bit dark for my tastes, a third of a stop and a slight tweak of the Shadow would I feel, help.

Hi Sanjeev - That's an impressive male. I too like the off-center position in frame. His paws are huge! I agree that it's a bit tight especially below. I want more room for him to walk into. I also agree that overall it's a bit dark and I think you can extract more detail in the mane.

Hi Sanjeev -- that same character again ! The comp works better in this image and agree with the above especially tightness at the bottom of the frame. A bit dark for my liking as well.A nice image overall !!

This is full frame Steve. I can try to add some canvas though. Thanks for your suggestions. Much appreciated.

What great detail and you can really feel the intensity of the stare. I think the 'windblown' look is an added bonus.
