    What a great first shot to start with! I like the angle from which it is taken, the colours look good and the outspread wings make for a dramatic image.

    Hi Allen. Nice way to start off the season! I like the diagonal comp and the clean background. Good detail in the whites. The back of the head seems a bit soft compared to the excellent sharpness elsewhere - you might try a little more selective sharpening there. Very nicely done!

    Really like the diagonal position of the wings, good background as well.
