Nice one Dumay, like the HA of the cubs, especially the one looking direct to viewer.

I see you still like your f/4 setting .

Hi Dumay - Great to have you back posting, you have been missed! They do look like future royalty on their throne. I too like the eye contact with the one in the back. I also appreciate that you included the entire tail. Colors and tones look good. Nice one.

    TFS,
    Rachel

What beauties Dumay! You never disappoint, wonderful capture my friend Indeed it has been a while, just the other day I was wondering of your whereabouts and what have you been up to...

Superb textures and tonality, love the framing. Nice and sharp, great IQ. That F4 kind of bugs me Boetie:) How big is the crop, if I may ask? I must admit I am loving this as much as I love your leopard shots!

More please, and do not disappear again, we missed you around here

    Warmest regards from wintery Zululand,

Hi Dumay -- always good to see you posting . A very nice image and like Steve said the one looking in the camera makes this image for me. lovely settings and nice feel to the scene . I too would have loved some more space on the right hand side.

    TFS !

Thans to all that ave commented...
I am still struggling to find the love for photography again and that is why I stay away for so long and then when it bites I try again...

Yup Steve...Like f4, its my default setting (My camera can't change aperture)

Gabriella...Dont worry yourself, f4 always works well for me....Well on the images I keep! It was about a 20% crop. I wish the tail was hidden behind the rock then I could give more space on the right side.

Thanks Dumay:) Not worried about the F4 as it worked perfectly... I am stuck to my F6.3 and trying to get out of it, LOL. I hope the photography bug bites you hard my friend, please do not go away again - we missed you here!
