Default Loon with baby rider (silhouette)

It started out so promising, then the thin white clouds rolled in and we had the dreaded white water!!!:( We really wanted the nice glass like green water, but that option was not working out. We ended up getting some images with babies, but not what I had planned, so I was kinda dissapointed.:( Then the sunset came and we were lucky to find a family with young babies that were willing to cooperate and came away with this photo. :) So something was salvaged after all.

Good way to cap off an almost disappointing day!! A bit of a shrpening halo is visible around the head of the parent...but otherwise excellent image you've presented us :-)

Agree with Alfred's want for more of that water. Great silhouette.

Very sweet light and image. A better head angle on the little one would have shown us more of the bill in profile and resutled in a still stronger image.
