    Default MAY THEME WINNERS

The bar has been raised with the results of May's theme of Portraits. A huge thank you to Matthew Jones who was tasked with coming up with only three choices, as he said it was very difficult deciding which three were tops.

    1st Place - Juan Tolentino - Roseate Spoonbill Portrait - http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ead.php/140307

    2nd Place - William Dickson - Smell the flowers - http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ead.php/140313

    3rd Place - Isaac Grant - Great Sage Grouse Portrait - http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ead.php/140272

Congrats to Juan, Will and Isaac. Great images guys, and completely varied images too.

June's theme of song birds is really going along nicely, and I'm glad I wont be the judge for this theme. Please remember to have the prefix 'theme' before your title to be considered.

    Happy Shooting.

Congrats Juan and William. Juan's had to win. That Spoonbill shot is just too good. Contest was over before it started

Congratulations to all three. Great images every one. I don't envy Matthew having to choose between them.

Good work Juan, William and Isaac three stunning images and all deserving of a gong. I'd also like to give a shout out to Michael (Western Grebe, Reddish egret - repost, Burrowing Owl), Joseph (Turkey Vulture, Wood Stork) and Gail (Wood Duck) for making the selection so difficult this month.
    Cheers - Matt
