    Default American Goldfinch

This one seemed to have a bit of an attitude. mm, 1/800, f6.3, auto ISO 1400, +0.7ev 500f4E + 1.4III extender, D500. Basic LR edits and removed a couple of twigs in PS. NR applied to bg in PS. cc

Lovely detail and colours on the bird John. I also like the look back pose. The BG colours show the bird well.

Nice detail and light. The clean perch, BG, and head turn are great. Being super nit picky here but I consider cloning out the brown OOF branch touching the tail as its just a little distracting. Techs look good as well. TFS

Wonderful capture, John. Nice pose, light and lots of fine detail with a lovely BG.
