    Hi all,

Heres a female Grackle in flight from NJ from an overcast day. The shot was underexposed so I pulled up exposure by about a half stop and then shadows a bit as well so hopefully noise is handled okay. I added some canvas below the bird and to the left as well. Noise reduction, sharpened, and cropped about 20 or so percent.

    Camera: Nikon D500
    Lens: 200-500mm f/5.6 at 500mm
    Specs: 1/1250 ISO 1100 f/6.3

    Thanks for looking!

Very nice. The bright clear eye stands out in this one. The smooth subtle background compliments the bird. You might see what it looks like adding a bit more to the bottom.

Great detail on the head Alex and I love the facial expression. I also like the turned up feet, I would have liked to have seen the wings in a better position. Nice colours on the BG.

Thanks both -- much appreciated. I'm attaching a crop with more room on the bottom.
