A nice glow to the light here, and the side lighting has worked nicely. A good inquisitive pose and the flies around her head are a nice extra touch.

    A pleasing frame.

Hi John -- what a lovely portrait ! loved the greens and the eye contact here , also the grass is adding immensely to the frame. I feel the blacks in the muzzle are slightly heavy but all in all a very nice image .

    TFS !

Hi John - Very nice with excellent eye contact. The comp works well. I think it needs a very small amount of cw rotation to level the eyes. If it were mine I would drop the sat of the yellows slightly.

    Hello John,

Lovely capture, I really like those grasses in the FG as they add depth to the image. Good DoF and I think you got away here with 1/320s, especially if hand-held:)

Nice eye contact with the subject and such perfectly still pose from the Doe, well seen and captured!

Framing works for me, indeed a pleasing image I enjoyed viewing, hope to see more from you in this Forum

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

    Hi John,

love the colors and subject in this image. I might would use a bit insect spray to get rid of the flies. They constantly drag my eyes there. Rest looks absolutely fine to me, as well composition. Very nice.

    Have great week

    Ciao Anette
