Another shot from my visit to Bempton Cliffs

    1Dx2 with 400DOii and 1.4x mkii
Cropped by about 20% and a couple of spots cloned out. The bird was sharpened and the sea was colour adjusted on separate layers in PSCC

I like the colours, I may have been tempted to crop a little more. The nesting material really makes the image.

Thank you Jonathan. Here it is cropped a little tighter

I forgot to add the details: 1Dx2, 400DOii+1.4 mkii ISO 1600 f14, 1/1250 and this is cropped to about 70% or original size. I had been shooting guillemots in shadows and did not go back to wider aperture/lower ISO before I got this one.

EXP is good and the wing position and dorsal view are nice but you need to do something to get the bird out of of middle of the frame ... with love, artie ps: Can you post a jpeg that represents the full frame capture? with love, artie

Thank you Artie. Here is a FF jpeg. I guess I could have extended the frame to the right a tad.
