Nice fluffed up bird on a cool perch, the background is a bit bright, overpowering the more subtle colors of the subject.

I like this. It really shows the environment very well.
Another vote for toning down the BG so that the swallow appears better.
I would also soften or remove the one horizontal OOF branch to the left of the swallow.I find my eye drifting to it.
