    Yes, I finally got the image.:D She did not stay very long, but enough time for a few opportunities. Taken with the D300 and Nikon 500 f4, f 8, 1/2000, iso 640, -.67

    Congrats on the picture. Seeing one of these birds is difficult, much less getting a picture. I really like the natural setting, showing the bittern in habitat.
