One more for this months theme and another image from Ranthambore of the same tigress, Noor . After drinking some water from a small puddle, she started walking to mark her territory. Amidst this she stood gazing something and I had this frame in front of me where she was visible between the V shaped branches . Cropped slightly from the top and from the right hand side to eliminate the empty space.
All your C &C's are most welcome .
Dpp4.5,CS6, WB, curves, selective colour, vibrance/saturation, slightly opened the shadows, sharpening.

Hello Haseeb, stunning portrait you have got here, the bg that looks like trees, are they? frame the Tiger beautifully, love the eyes and the nice natural texture of the fur, really holds my attention looking at this.
Hi Haseeb, nice encounter with Noor, she appears to be the 'Star' at present, but ultimately kudos on pushing the ISO, goes to show the camera can the it, delivers a good SS and ultimately - a useable file, but wished you had shot it with the MKII as the detail would have been far better, however still a great capture.
Like the framing and the open jaw, the 'tree trunks (?)' have provided some nice natural framing too. I think in opening the shadows it shows around the eye so I might selectively have done it, rather than Globally. I would apply some to the gums, you have some more detail there. The Whites could also come up at various %'s and I feel darkening the surrounding BKG brings a bit more separation/pop, but just my take.
This frame has lots of impact and I love the framing with those OOF trees, as well as colours/tonality. Nice touch from Steve with his RP, there is more detail in the gums and face looks sharper too. Lifting the whites on the subject and slightly darkening surroundings adds more pop indeed.
Superb capture overall and I am mesmerised by the looks of Noor. Great work Haseeb, such a pleasure to view your recent images and I would like to see more if possible, keep them coming
Thank you Rachel , Gabriela, Keith and Steve ! I really appreciate your comments on the image. Steve's RP has certainly taken it up a notch and will look to work on it to extract more details in the areas discussed.
Lovely shot Haseeb it looks great, I really think you were on the ball regarding composition. Steve's repost has improved on what I thought was just fine. The tigress pops even more.
Haseeb, just remember (and yes it is stating the obvious), but IQ will have dropped through using the higher ISO so you will, to a degree, be restricted in how far you can go compared to shoot say 400 on the 5DMKIII, but the fact is you nailed it and had faith in pushing the ISO.
@ Steve --Since your logical insistence on pushing the iso and on field results for me after the same has definitely resulted in sharper images and increasing the keeper count to quite a good extent.
BTW Haseeb, if you are using the 100-400 lens on the old body you won't be getting the benefit of the new glass inside, keep (if you can) all MKII lenses with the 1DXMKII to get the full benefit - where possible, or update the MKIII for the IV.

Steve - Can you please explain this or provide a link to an article/review or something similar? Intuitively, this doesn't make sense because release of many of the version II lenses pre-dated release of the newer cameras and were sold to pair with the 1DX I, 5D3 as well as the other bodies available at the time.
I don't want to derail Haseeb's thread so if this becomes an extensive discussion, we can move the relevant portions to Photography Gear.
To my understanding the new lens work better with the more current bodies, the 100-400MKII will work better than with the older bodies because of their technology & advancements.
