Andreas, your image makes me ask one question..... what happened next? I know not these incredible animals so would like to know how this situation continued, As always the most wonderful execution, beautiful detail, wonderful framing and crop. it may well be my favoutie of your bison images, there is something so special about an animal coming straight towards the guy/gal making an image with a low POV I find these shots beguiling
Cheers for sharing mate it's really cool this one, I have to know the story though
take care

I think I have used most of my superlatives up on your bisons Andreas and this is no exception either. The beautiful colours and the composition along with the fine detail make this a winner for me.

Hi Andreas -- This is so nicely done , great low POV and some lovely fine details coming in. Lovely light as well to go with. Very nicely done. I am just 50 -50 on that Lrc mound , a bit eye catching .

Hi Andreas - This just works on all levels. Beautiful tones, nice walking pose and I like the slightly downhill pov. I hope there was room for you to move off to the side. It doesn't look like he was too interested in sharing the path. Nice one.

Andreas it's the lovely softness and texture of the fur/hair on your images that make me a bit envious ,this animal looks really doleful but I bet there not when angry, everything works perfectly for me.

Wow, impressive and majestic animal. I really like the way the path chanels your eyes towards the main subject, not to mention its relaxed gait and look. That blade of grass in the corner of his mouth just adds to the relaxed mood of the picture. A gentle giant.

Superb image Andreas!
Love everything about this. Technically impeccable - beautifully exposed and superb PP work. Really nice POV.
Err...I actually like the green stuff, Boet!
In terms of framing/ comp, I totally agree with Dan's comments above... he took the words from my mouth:)
So a great image all in all, congratulations my friend
