I like the idea behind the pan here (based on f-stop and ISO) and do really enjoy this types of images, but I feel like there isnt enough blur here to make it really work as the leg is blurred but then the head is partially blurred but the body seems sharpish. I find the white and black water a bit harsh on the eyes and I think maybe needs to be leveled. I do like the idea behind this, just feel it needs some tweaks. Thanks for sharing as well as trying some different stuff. I never really do these types of images (although I want to!) so maybe someone who is more versed can give a better critique.
