    Default Spotted Deer Reflection

While looking for the elusive tiger, we came across some deers quenching their thirst at this water hole. It was soooo HOT (40 Degrees C), animals were taking turns to drink.

Always such a graceful antelope for me to see. Nice job on the reflection. Effect of heat haze does not seem so pronounced here...

Hi Sanjeev - I like all the different shades of brown here and the reflection looks good, despite being interrupted by the mud. Sharpness looks good.

Hi Sanjeev -- such a common subject but most of the time overlooked in search of a tiger . You have nicely captured the scene along with the reflection and some good sharpness inspite of that haze. Nicely done .

    TFS !

A nice moment well captured, I like the colours very much. The reflection really makes the image.

    Lovely image Sanjeev,

The reflection creates a pleasant symmetry which I find so appealing. Well composed too. I like the sense of tranquility and solitude in this frame, also colours.

I would dare suggest you try lift exposure on the subject just a tad, but entirely up to you. I have not tried it - just my feeling, IMHO the deer needs to stand out a little more.

Haze not quite evident here, and I love what you achieved with some nice techs and careful PP work, so very well done!
I really enjoyed viewing, thank you so much for sharing

    Kind regards,

Hi Sanjeev i do agree that the reflection does look very nice ....and the the overall brownish look does look very natural from what i have in my mind from Ranthambore .
Tones and clarity are looking well too .....
I might try to up the exp by a third ...

Sanjeev this is wonderful I love this because for me it is something I have never seen in my country's deer. I have spent hours and hours with them, but never seen one drink,I 'd imagine if one went away from park deer here to the utterly wild, this might be as hard to achieve as almost anything depicting deer behviour. love the reflection and as already mentioned the colours/hue of the image. It's a joy for me this one it has really made me ponder where I even might try for something similar(in the wild) and I'm struggling.

So to me simply a special image, she knows she is in a spot of vunerablity she's SOOO alert yet she has to drink she's fearful of your apex predators mine are gone. A joy and thought provoking at the same time, thank you Sanjeev

All the luck with tigger too
