This puts a smile on my face!
The POV really accentuates the head tilt but it does create a busy BG. Not much you can do about it.

Love it Jo agree with what everyone has said. The image made me smile. You could try a little gentle destructuring/blurring of the background with Viveza.

Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting, very much appreciated. The background was a sloping banking, so not much to do with it. I went tight to try to eliminate most of it.
