    You guys are killing me with these close up in your face full frame shots of these owls. I just saw 20 or more of them in Colorado and the closest one was maybe 100 yards out and behind barbed wire fencing and on private property. I like the crop and the direct stare very much. I also very much like the little plant as well. Only wish we could see that back foot.

    Very nice looking shot. Agree with all the points mentioned -- really like the small plant in the frame. Clean background too. This is a species I really can't wait to photograph. TFS
