Been doing a couple of things with these Mice one is trying to get the DOF right and hope this is an improvement, the other is trying to get a shot of them using there prehensile tails(think I am right in saying they are only the one British Mammal with this type of tail) which is like a 5th leg to them, not exactly what I am after but at least it shows the tail, will keep trying. Not all that happy with the head angle.
Thanks for taking a look and your comments and tips on my last post.

Hi Keith - What a fun image! I didn't know that they have prehensile tails. The square crop works. Agree with you on the HA but the dangling makes up for it. Overall, the image is little bright to me. I would look at dropping the exposure by .15 or .20 and then tone down the HLs on the perch a little more. Keep them coming.

    TFS,
    Rachel

    Hello Keith,

This must be the best, funniest, and most interesting image of a rodent you have ever shared here with us - I am smitten with this little guy!

Just two things, watch out for posterisation ( which I only see in the RP ) and maybe, just maybe, you would like to give this little genius a bit of a "punch" ?

Superb behavioural shot and the techs are great. I hope you can "harvest" one or two of those little mice and send them to me, I have a big garden and so plenty of space for them to go about, throw in a couple of those lovely plants too if you can
Just delightful, you must be so pleased with this! I certainly am - thank you so much for sharing

PS I only did a slight curve adjustment on Mr Mouse, see if it works for you:)

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

Hi Keith - The brightness of the rp looks better and so do the highlights. Gabriela's rp has given the mouse a nice boost.

Hi Keith -- A lovely image and some nice info regarding the tail . I think you have done considerably well and your RP is an improvement as suggested above , i think Gabriela's RP is the way to go . A superb image though . TFS !

Super shot Keith, a very well thought out scene, love that tail! If at all repeatable I would try for a slightly more head on pose so he isn't looking away. (I appreciate more easily said than done)

Hi Keith very cool shot !!!
A bit of a shame that the head is slightly angled away , but the rest is priceless good !!!!!!!!
Superb BG and the two stems are a good addition , this frame is telling a little story , which really like !!
Agree about the suggestions you got regarding the tonal range , i might have made the adjustments differently , but your call .
    Keep your mouses coming ....
    TFS Andreas

Just a fun moment Keith well depicted, the curve tail makes this for me and shame about the HA, but not a huge deal breaker.

The overall colour, BG and twin poppies all work nicely.
