Here's another warbler species that Geoffrey and I saw yesterday morning. This one has always been a nemesis bird for me; constantly heard in the dark woods, but rarely visible in the open. So glad the warblers are back!

Nice catch, with nice light, BG and a clean perch, still my nemisis bird, seen often, never got good pics. Nice you captured while calling too.

Really like the calling pose and the green background.

Well done Bill and good job staying after them. I have one that hangs on the property at home but yet to get a good pix of it.

Great capture and a good look at the feather patterns. Nice detail, calling pose, and lovely BG.

The warbler re trickling in up here too - an exciting time of year!! I love this species song, very loud, and the pose you got it in portrays that well. Steep angle though, and the perch is not ideal, but as a nemesis bird for you this is a good start with this species.
