    A Kingfisher that flew in 40 feet away from me as I was staking out a fallen tree at my neighborhood lake.

    Really tough bird to get up close. Great HA and nice detail. Feels a bit dark on my screen, although I'm sure you were being careful not to blow the white collar.

    Nice pose. The light looks a bit flat maybe you can adjust the WB to juice it up a notch?

    Hi Allen, wonderful experience with this kingfisher. I wish one would land that close to me. I agree with Bill that the image appears a tad dark on my display. Thank you for sharing.
