This image was taken today at a local wildlife preserve. We saw at least seven different species of warbler. As we approached our cars to leave a Blue-winged Warbler was singing nearby. Couldn't pass up the opportunity for a few more images. C&C welcome.

    Cropped from horizontal.

    Hi Geoffrey,
Nice calling pose you captured here and I like the diagonal of the perch. Bird looks good to me considering it was cropped from horizontal.

Great singing pose, and terrific detail on this lovely songster. I might be tempted to tone down that brightest green patch just to the right of the bird, that distracts from the bird; and maybe a tad more NR on the BG? A fine warbler shot.

Well done. I would tone down the bright green heats shaped leaves and run some NR on the BG.

LOL Yes I agree with Bill! I try to look at the shots without reading others comments to stay open minded.

Perfect singing pose and head angle. Good thin perch. I agree with the suggestions above, and I also wish the subject was lower in the frame. Unfortunate about the pale oof object above the head. A great species, one I have nothing on, so I am envious....
