Like this image a lot, Juan. They are such unique looking gulls and standing on that unusually fine white Fort DeSoto sand gives us a great look at his details. Nice touch capturing him next to the green plant. Ocean color is beautiful too. Well done.

Very pretty shot Jaun. Love the way this looks with the bird on the perfect sand and next to that plant.

I think you could up the exposure a little and that would help brighten the bird and show a little more of those beautiful feather details. Also be careful about where the horizon line meets the bird. In this case you would have been better off getting a little lower or higher so the horizon line does not intersect the birds head.

Excellent shot Juan, I love everything here but agree with Issac regarding the horizon line, he beat me to it. the small plant next to the gull is the icing on the cake

Great pose, and the green plant makes it special. Ditto the comments about the intersection of the blue, but a fine shot nonetheless.

My first thought was about the horizon line mentioned already, but I love everything else about the image. That plant is such a good element of the frame!

A beautiful image, I really like the composition, the horizon doesn't trouble me but I agree the intersection would be better above the head. The only suggestion I can offer is that at that magnification and given the available light I would have chosen a smaller aperture.
