    Once again this pair nested beneath a footbridge but I reckon the vibrations from foot traffic shook it loose, it would appear they have started afresh in a drainpipe near this rock. I will return hopefully to catch them with plenty of caddis fly larvae.

    Hi Jonathan,
    I really like dippers but very rarely get to see them in the wild. I like the sharpness you have captured on both birds and the poses show interaction that add a lot of interest. I also like the rocky perch and background which adds to the sense of place.
