    A good looking bird catching some nice light. Possibly just the tiniest bit oversharpened but not much. A little too much negative space on the left for my taste, especially since the bird is looking the other way. If the image has the IQ for it, maybe a little more crop left and top would help.

    Hey Jay, beautiful bird and neat setting. I too wish it had looked towards our left instead. Looks like you may have used Gaussian blur on all but the subject - you should have kept an area intact where the focus is within the dof (see near the feet, and perhaps a leaf or two in the same plane of focus as the bird's body)
