Nice pose and beautiful bird Daniel. Regretfully, IMHO, the sun and head angle are not helping you here. Background looks noisy on my screen and the lighter sections are a little distracting.

I like this shot! It is so hard to get between the sun and the subject, that is what makes wildlife so challenging! But it still works for me because of the cool perch, pose, and background. I would back off a bit on the yellows, and do some noise removal on the background.

Nice perch and great dynamic pose. Light angle not ideal, but to my eye you did a nice job with it. (Might brighten the head just a tad?) As Michael suggests, you can't always put the sun where you want it. Yes to some NR on the BG, and maybe tone down the whitish spots.

Thanks Michael, this hawk doesn't understand where I need him to be regarding the sun... never.

Thanks Bill, I love his pose here. Too bad everything else was working against me huh. I'll revisit this one in LR.
