    Default Eagle v Zebra

Been trying for a few years to get a decent contrast to the rather bland greys and white of the
White Bellied Sea Eagle. Caught this Zebra fish about 30 minutes before having never seen one before.
Over cooked the whites a bit but I hope I have got them back to acceptable. Bird has bit of its Nictitating membrane showing but it happens much of the time and I don't mind it too much.

well the title got my attention! Whty would an eagle take on a zebra? The bright sun is a bit harsh, but I would be happy getting this with the fish and eye contact, and sharp, yeah, keeper action shot for sure!

The contrasty lighting didn't do you any favours here Ian but the action makes up for it. Both the bird and fish are nice and sharp. Whites are a little hot but a good action shot nevertheless.

This looks fantastic Ian!! I love the good look at the zebrafish and the Nice head angle of the Eagle. Great-looking blue background and the details look really nice to. Exposure is just a little hot in a few spots but overall pretty acceptable. Maybe a little bit of noise reduction to the background but otherwise a really Great action shot.
    Well done old man

Excellent shot Ian, the action trumps the relatively harsh light here and with a bit of highlight shadow adjust and NT on the BG you will have a winner. Did I mention the fish takes it to the top

    well done
