Post a Thank You. - 1 Thanks
I liked the pose by the duck and overall composition. I do feel the image lacks a bit of punch, I would add a bit more saturation to the overall colors and maybe take a bit from the top. Also it seems the image its on the cool side with a blue cast.
Thank you Raybel. Tried the following: trimmed down the top a bit, dropped the exposure, bumped contrast and saturation.

I think you can check for blue color cast. You can add more vibrance to add punch to the image.
Thank you for sharing
A handsome subject to work with, and a nice smooth BG plus soft light really helped here. A few points, the colors and WB are off, the image has a strong magenta cast and lacks saturation on my screen. I am also not sure about the reflection, it is blurry so doesn't add much, unfortunately the mud lump he is standing on is not the prettiest perch but i still think getting rid of the entire lower half of the image would be better
Thank you all for your input on this image. I will go back and work white balance and in the future I will disregard blurry reflections as part of my composition.
Hi Bob, I hope you don't mind, but, even though the picture is very small, I made some adjustments to it. In Lightroom I corrected the white balance and cropped. In PS I removed a couple of leaves, the bottom right corner of the picture and sharpen a little. Hope it looks good to you. TFS
