I was capturing image of this Great Blue Heron perched on a branch of a Bald Cypress tree. It took flight, gliding straight towards me squawking all the time. I captured images until I had to duck out of the way. Image captured at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

I do like it, happy to have a hint of clouds in the BG to break the blue sky and the open beak. The head on shots are always a bit weird and I'd prefer a full head on to make it more weird :). TFS.
Love the shot! I'd kill for the light you had here, all my Heron shots last week were back-lit. Matrix Metering?? Perhaps I should use it more often...
