    Interesting treatment on this image. Love the placement of the bird in the grey part of the background, it really brings the yellow bird forwards. Good thing about critiquing this type of image is that you don't have to remark on the sharpness of the bird, although I am sure that it was. Would be nice framed and hung on the wall.

    Hi, Mitch - one of my favorite birds :) I wish there were a little more definition in the lower part of his tail but I like the painterly feel to the image. I'd probably crop a little from the bottom and left if it were mine.

    Count me out on this one :( The angle to the bird is too steep and the effects are way overdone for my tastes.
