    Hi David,
    I would wish for more detail on the top wings, and the diagonal shade line on the head which is also clipped by the top wing draws my eye, however, you froze his flight, TFS!

    Hey David, beautiful individual, very elegant. I do wish the far wing's primaries were visible rather than bent out of view, and it looks like the heron has just barely passed you at time of exposure - ideally it would be still angling slightly towards you or perfectly parallel. The overall IQ looks a bit off, the lack of fine details on the wings is perhaps due to some noise reduction there?
