(Yes, always - but, I take what I can get :)..) , shot is a hair on the warm side and
it seems the NR softened the feathers a bit in places (not sure, but any softness may be just softness - think I only applied NR to bkg). I suggest lowering the SS and ISO since the bird was perched and you might get a sharper image (YES, try to lower if only wanting perched shot - or - quickly lower while perched and then raise again for potential flight capture - but this time - just left it where it was - don't recall why).
I can see an improvement in your shots, nice BG on this one, keep up the good work.
