Captured on trip to Florida in Feb. I was watching this SPSA and a juvenile Black-crowned Night Heron on the muddy bank and in the water of an ocean inlet as they foraged for an early dinner. The SPSA was darting in and out of the exposed oyster and mussel covered roots of the mangrove trees. This is a lifer for me. C&C welcome.

Really nice reflection on very calm water Geoffrey, I found the background busy and distracting, especially the red stuff right on top of the bird. IMO it'll look better if you remove it and also remove the shiny object on the left side of the bird. I like the POV and that the image shows the bird's environment. TFS.

I like the environmental element of this shot, the reflection is nice as well. The image does have some noise and i would crop some off the right.

Very nice Geoffrey. I like the darkness around the frame and the bird looks real good against it. Lovely reflection and well done on your lifer.

This image is working for me environment and all. Reflection is a huge plus. I want to see more birds in their environment and I don't find this one distracting.
