    I finally got some light and a wind direction that had the birds landing towards shore. From last night about an hour before sunset. Small crop and basic LR edit, mm, 1/2000, f6.3, auto ISO-220, 500mm + 1.4III, D500. cc

    Hi John, looks like your persistence paid off here. Really nice pose, light, and details look nice. I could see a bit less on top but no big deal to me. Thanks for sharing!
