    I captured this image of a Glossy Ibis at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida this morning. This bird can be either reddish brown or a rainbow of colors depending how the light strikes it's feathers. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon D500
    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED shot at 340mm
    1/3200 F/8 Matrix Metering EV 0 ISO 2500, camera supported by a monopod
    Post processed in Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC 2017

    Lovely colors Joe with maybe some more available in the shadowed underside. There is a different blue patch above the back of the bird that could do with coning out IMO.

    Hi Colin, thank you for viewing and commenting. Not sure how I missed the blue patch, thank you for catching it. One of the vagaries of post processing late at night I guess. Here is an edit and repost correcting the image.
