    Here's another image from Marco Island, Florida. Captured with the handheld Nikon D500 (crop sensor) and AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm 1-5.6E ED VR.

    Nice work catching this little guy in flight. They move too fast for me. Nice flight angle and comp. With the D500 you could boost the ISO considerably, giving you more SS for flight.

    Your getting real good and catching these smaller birds in flight Juan. Nice HA and colour on the bird, I would wish for a better flight pose.

    You've been given great advice by some smart men. Would have been better off with a higher ISO and a shutter speed around 1/3200 to freeze the little speed demons. Ideally a bit more of a banking pose would be better with the rear wing higher and the close wing lower. Still it is a nice shot of a bird that is very hard to get perfectly.
