Hi Bob, Great shot of a bird I haven't had much luck with yet. I like the composition and clean BG as well as the pose. See what others say -- but I think I could see a version with a slightly tighter crop even as I find the perch / rock a bit dominating. I also feel the image could use a little bit more sharpening. TFS!
Welcome Bob. Love these birds. Just posted one from there a few days ago. I think the re post is better for sure. Only thing I would add is that the whites of the bird have a blue cast to them and I think the darks are a tiny bit too light.
Really nice image Bob, I like the background and composition. Really beautiful bird that I've never seen in the flesh. Thank you for sharing and please keep posting.
